If the pipe is blocked, you can unscrew the dispenser, remove the filter at the end of the tube, and use the little clear squeezable bottle (included in the package) to add some water into the tube. Connect the long beak of the bottle to the tube and squeeze the water in repeatedly until the water flows normally.

This soap dispenser works, but if there's no foam, make sure the soap dispenser has power (fully charge it for the first use), the switch button has been pressed and has one light flashing, the soap outlet and tube are clear of any clogs, and your hand is in the sensor area.
